They are not made to watch it, fix it, or speed it up on their own. That is our job. We are the team that keeps your site working when you are not looking.
What counts as a "Small Fix"?
Any job we can plan, build, test, and push live in two hours: speed boosts, form fixes, text swaps, search tags, new page bits on a page you have, link-ups to other tools. Big jobs — a new look, a brand new page kind, a custom hook-up — get their own price quote. That way your care hours stay for care.
What if my site goes down?
We watch your site all day, so we see most slips first. On Stratos Elite, we write back in 12 hours and get to work right then — we pull last night's save if we have to. On Sentry and Engine, we write back in one work day. Either way, you get a short note: what broke, what we did, and what we changed so it does not slip again.
What is your safe-site promise?
Each site we mind has a strong lock, bug scans, and two-step sign-in. We save your site each day and we can go back up to 30 days. If a site we mind is broken into, we bring it back from a clean save at no cost. You get a short note: what went wrong and how we made the lock stronger. The promise stays good as long as your plan is paid and we hold the keys.
Do I own the site and what's on it?
Yes. Always. You own the name, the host, the code, and each word and pic. We work on your site with your keys. If we ever part ways, you keep it all and we hand you a clean exit note.
Do I have to sign a long deal?
No. Pay by the month. Tell us 30 days ahead if you want to stop or pause. We earn the next month each month.
Who is this for?
Small shops, local groups, civic teams, and one-person firms who want a site that just works. Folks who don't want to think about it. We take on just a few new clients each year — that's on purpose.
